As you drive past in Issaquah you can smell the grease and salt of McDonald’s famous fries. The smell of tender burgers haunts you as you attempt to drive past the restaurant that houses this juicy bundle of deliciousness. You will lose yourself and give in for sure.

You step in the door and you already feel at home. The walls are tastefully decorated with various colors and textures. It is mostly quiet except for the occasional shout of joy from a young child who received their food. It is family friendly with a play place for children and soft booths for adults and elderly. The booths are well padded, and covered with smooth leather. The lighting gives the restaurant a certain boost of energy that makes you want to get up and shout!

A greeting will be the first thing that happens to you when you walk through the doors by a cashier, waiting to take your order. A smile from ear to ear is the expression on their face as they question how they can help you. The food will arrive within minutes after a few quick procedures to make sure that the food is in tiptop shape for the customer’s enjoyment.

I recommend a Big Mac meal.  You can taste the most delicious hamburger meat that will have your mouth watering at first sight. With this meal you will also taste the French fries that have had the media going bananas over for the longest time. They were put into a contest for the best fries in the United States! They happened to lose yet put up a great fight against their closest competitor, Burger King. You can also choose from some brand name beverages such as Coke, Dr. Pepper, Minute Made Lemonade, iced tea, and Sprite. They have coffee for your early morning meals too.

Don’t worry you vegetarians out there, for a Caesar salad is to your rescue! It has mounds of fresh lettuce, carrots, broccoli, and tomatoes that are as watery when you bite into them as a leap into a pool on a hot summer day. They feel refreshing as the veggies slide across your tongue like an ice skater across a frozen winter pond. There is cheese on it that is melted like an Oreo cookie left out in the hot beach sum without shade. A salad dressing to add an extra kick has a special secret ingredient that has many people wondering how this could possibly be food from a fast food restaurant. The secret is an extra boost of olive oil.

What better way to start the day than an energy boost from yet another brand name beverage, coffee. If the caffeine is too strong they will happily replace it with a decaffeinated coffee. This is just another example of how McDonalds’ workers are there just for you!

Don’t ever underestimate the power that lies within the food of your local McDonald’s restaurant. You see them everywhere but maybe you’ve never just given them a chance to show you that people really are saying “badabababa I’m lovin’ it!”

I give this restaurant 4 stars!
