Homeroom: Ensey
Period: 1/2
You are now the night guard at a mysterious museum and you find out that when the lights go out everything in the museum comes to life, how would you feel?
You need to keep every thing under control, the lions stay in their cages and the rest of the creatures and dinosaur bones are under control and happy.
Larry who has been fired from many jobs and is the main character of this award winning movie Night at the Museum and book by Leslie Goldman must help save the museum being robbed. He also must save himself from the burglars.
Larry must keep the museum under control and also keep himself from getting killed. After a few days he gets really tired of doing his job and starts to do things differently, he makes the dinosaur bones sit down and all the things in the museum look glum and unhappy and the statue of Teddy Roosevelt points that out. The next day the burglars come and steal things from the museum. From there is where it gets interesting
It Larry’s the first day on the job and nobody has told him that things in the museum come to life. Then the dinosaur bones start running down hallways and Larry starts screaming to the heavens, luckily the owners didn’t leave the building yet, and of course they knew the night story and to read his manual. He replied that nobody reads the manual, but now they left. He takes a glance at step 1. It says to throw the bone, he looked around curiously and something hits him on the back of the head, he picks it up and throws it and the dinosaur plays fetch with it.
I would definitely recommend this book to people who like humor and possibly people that like to think about what’s coming next.
I think it was a pretty nice book with an ending that doesn’t even pop into your mind. It is definitely worth reading. It is only a 139pg book. Good for a short read. It is definitely worth the award because it has been well thought out and a very different kind of book. It is not everyday that everything in a museum comes to life.
