Homework
Homework includes readings, notes, questions and worksheets.
Students can expect homework one to three nights a week.
Labs
Lab work is an important part of science class. The number of labs
varies according to the current unit of study. We generally try to
have hands-on activities at least once per week.
Tests/Quizzes
Students can expect one or two small quizzes during each unit, with one
larger test at the end of the unit.
Projects
Typically, each unit has one project, which involves in-depth study into
our science topics. Projects vary from simple two or three day
exercises, to more complex studies. |
