Collecting Entries:

The following forms may be used by music directors to collect information from students.
Directors: be sure to set your student deadline to give you sufficient time to meet your deadline.
Students: if your school has customized these, please use your school's version instead.

Submitting Entries:

All entries must be submitted by school music directors. Individual entries will not be accepted. Please include:

Online entries or Summary of entries worksheet
Entry fees with printed copy of your Invoice (.xls)

Please note that walk-in and late entries will not be accepted
